Ibrahim does the inspection. That construction background is the whole point: it is what tells you whether a crack is cosmetic or structural, whether a sagging floor is a bearer or a pier, and whether the black patch on the ceiling is a roof, a bathroom or a condensation problem. A checklist can’t tell you that. Someone who has framed houses, chased leaks and dealt with termites can.
Timber pest inspections are carried out to Australian Standard AS 4349.3-2010. The building inspection is carried out against AS 4349.1-2007 (building) and AS 4349.3-2010 (timber pest), and the National Construction Code. Reports are prepared to AS 4349.1-2007.

Qualifications: Licensed builder, CPPUMP3008 Inspect for and report on timber pests, CPPUMP3010 Control timber pests, Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Certificate III in Carpentry, Bachelor of Geophysics, White Card. 10 years in the building trade. The drone is CASA registered.
What we don’t do: sell termite treatment, damp proofing, underpinning, or any repair the report might recommend. Every finding is independent of a sale, which is the reason to get an inspection from someone who only inspects.
