The same day. That is the commitment on every inspection, and it exists because most buyers reading this are inside a cooling-off period and cannot afford to wait 3 days for a PDF.
How much does a building and pest inspection cost in Sydney?
A standard building and pest inspection is $550 including GST ($500 plus GST). Larger or unusual properties are quoted before you book, and you will not be quoted on the day of the inspection.
Do you do the building and the pest inspection in one visit?
Yes. Because the same licensed builder, trained in timber pest inspection, does both, the structural inspection and the timber pest inspection are done in the same visit, by the same person, and come back to you together. You are not co-ordinating 2 trades against a deadline.
