How soon can you inspect?
Same-day service is available for cooling-off period inspections. Call and say so, and we'll tell you the soonest we can be there. If you’re in a cooling-off period, put the end date in the notes.
Are you available on Saturdays?
Yes, 8am to 6pm, the same as weekdays.
Can I speak to the inspector before booking?
Yes. Call 0474 788 857 and you get the person who does the inspection, not a booking desk. If the phone is busy (usually because that person is under a house), send the form and we ring back.
