What To Look For In Any Inspector’s Sample.

Does it name its limitations?

A report that says which areas could not be reached, and why, is being honest with you. One that says nothing was inaccessible is the one to question. Ours has a full accessibility section on every job.

Does it lead with the summary?

You should be able to read 1 page and know whether to proceed, renegotiate or walk. The detail behind it is for your builder and your conveyancer.

Is every significant item photographed?

A finding without a photo is an opinion. Both samples photograph every significant item and say what it means in practical terms.
